We have been chartering in the BVIs for the last 19 years, and haven't had this question from a prospective crew member. About 18 years ago, Our prospective crew member was arrested and convicted for misdemeanor DUI. He has done whatever the court required him to do (I don't know all the details of what was required) He is concerned with problems that could arise from that old court case related to entry into the BVI, and re-entry into the USA.

He said it was a big wake up call, and he has not he any repeat offenses!

I'm wondering what information or guidance you might have?

Any experience (good or bad) to share?

I have reached out to BVI Customs & Immigration for their guidance, but haven't heard back from them (It's just been a few days)
