What happened to the promise to keep half the balls FCFS?
I have no knowledge of that, but will ask if I get the opportunity.
Their "toll collector" rides around every evening, but we have seen folks come in after he's gone. Whether that's a deliberate attempt to avoid paying, I can only speculate. I have seen other behavior, like overnighting on dive moorings and squatting private moorings that make me suspect that may be the case. It's hard to believe someone would pay $$$$ to charter a boat and cheap out on mooring fees! I guess if all the balls are red, they have a list of unused balls and the "toll collector" just cruises by to see if they're occupied
