Neil has been working extremely hard to get Celine too ready while borrowing other boats to do charters and things since the hurricane. Even under the best of circumstances the internet and phone a service can be spotty and sometimes he has not gotten emails from us or they show up later for some reason and we have been close friends with him for 17 years. He has even hired people to handle emails etc but sometimes circumstances beyond his control such as illness etc can effect that as well.
