We're getting a little ahead of ourselves here, but we did have a moment of fear when we were at Mombo, our last camp. We were both awakened at maybe 2 AM by something under our tent. I asked Eric "are you awake?" He said yes. I said "Did you hear that?? It sounded like a lion!" He said "yes, I heard it too". After a few scary moments, we both figured out that it really was water buffalo under our tent, not lion, but it was a night to remember!!!!!!!!!!
