In fact, during our visit last July, we did not encounter this practice once. And, we dined in Orient, Grand Case, and Cupecoy. We rarely, if ever, return to a place that does. Despite what they say, a service charge is for service <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/duh.gif" alt="" />.
