Back from spending a week in Grenada. We stayed at the Cabier Ocean Lodge near the village of Crochu on the Atlantic side in the SE part of the island. We had a wounderful time and Michael and Eveline were the best host we could have wished for. Eveline is a wounderful cook and Michael is well versed in many topics of conversation. It is a small out of the way lodge,8 rooms, but everything is new since Ivan. The island has recovered a lot since the storm but some damage is still evident. Most of the nutmeg trees were damaged and it will take some time for them to recover. The people are strong though and they are rebuilding. It is a beautiful island and everybody should visit at least once.
