My favorite dinner night at Le Moulon Fou is also Tuesday for the exact same reason. It's so nice to be able to eat outside under the stars without Cheri's music playing in the background. Nothing bad about Cheri's show but I don't think it's changed since they made the initial presentation however many years ago.
That said, I personally think Cheri's still makes one of the very best guava coladas to be had on St. Maarten.
