Had to climb over the rail and teeter on the lip of the deck.

Then you swim around to the ladder on the dingy dock tied to the side, only to find that there's no lower step on the ladder anymore. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/duh.gif" alt="" /> I still managed to clamber up at 250lb.
