I might suggest that they contact TTOL sponsor Wilfred Brooks. He has a large van that would handle all of them. He could pick them up at the airport and get them settled in. Another day he could take everyone on an island tour, or pick them up for dinner. But they probably should also rent a vehicle or two, as paying for a taxi everywhere will be very expensive.
