From the Oxford Dictionary "A sheltered stretch of water near the shore in which ships can ride at anchor." http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/us/definition/american_english/roadsteadWhat shall we discuss next? Flag etiquette? NPT Mooring Balls? (staying all day of course) Holding Tanks?
