Here is the VI Daily News info I read this morning:
By ALDETH LEWIN (Daily News Staff) Published: April 24, 2015
A car barge collided with a charter vessel just off Spanish Town on Virgin Gorda early Thursday morning, although details still are sketchy.
Royal Virgin Islands Police Force spokeswoman Diane Drayton said the barge ran into the passenger vessel Talofa and the accident is under investigation.
According to members of the boating community in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the accident happened about 6:30 a.m. [color:"red"]and the Talofa sank; however,[/color] BVI authorities did not confirm those reports.
