I'm trying to fill out form 20(a) for a BVI fishing license. The first line indicates "Name of Applicant". The last line says "Name and designation of applicant".
Maybe this is some sort of British thing.... doesn't make any sense to me. What is the difference between these lines, i.e., what am I supposed to fill in for the latter?
