The mooring balls in the STJ National Park are free for day use only. There are collection stations in the bays and it is an honor system for overnights - they do not have collection boats that come around and collect the overnight fee - some bays do have 'host boats' but and they will direct you to the collection stations - also very few bays have garbage receptacles on shore. I am not sure how the senior discount works.
