RI Bob C Traveler Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 2,000 North Kingstown, Rhode Island	That rate is based on the big guys like finance or banking corporations. Like restaurants on the French side converting euros, they are always a little off. Have been getting gas at that station for 20 years and it has always been 35 to 20.
