Finally had my first stay at Emerald Beach Best Western overnight in route to Foxy's Catfight with an evening STT arrival.
Check in was super easy, great for a tired traveler, straight to the bar for the complimentary rum punch, then another and a light dinner.
The room was great, 3rd. floor with a great view; everything was clean and tidy, the linens even smelling extra fresh.
The bathroom was fully tiled and very clean, plenty of towels, just great.
Had a great breakfast downstairs overlooking the Bay then check out and off to the ferry.
Check out was also uneventful and quick, no surprises.
I did notice the USVI Police had taken up residence in the lobby; it appeared they had a vehicle and officer on site the whole time I was there.
We will be back again in July '09 following our BVI charter, I think my girls will really enjoy this place too!!
