I don't know if this is the case or not, but given that Lesley is already sold out for the time span the client wants, perhaps the guy he usually works with is, too. We had to use the alternate once for the same reasons, and honestly, beyond having a charge from a different agency, we never saw a difference. Lesley still met us at the airport and made the intro, and he was there at the end, too.
