We're usually on the island late Nov/early Dec. and April and in honesty, we have rarely experienced the mosquito issues. I know they exist so I use and keep the repellent wipes with me at all times but I guess I've just been very lucky the last fifteen or so years to have experienced few problems with the dreaded moskies.
Our timeshare is high so we do usually manage to catch any breeze that's blowing and I rarely use the airco.
