Good heavens, you make me feel like a slacker. I am (forgive me) much younger than you, and I don't get up to half what you do. Granted, were I there multiple weeks like you I might get a little more ambitious in the evenings, but in my single weeks, we're often in bed by 10, and rarely later than 11.
