Great trip report. I don't post often but read regularly. Ironically, I had just sent a request for information on anniversary house minutes before I started reading your trip report. We too are bringing our kids to the BVIs for the first time this summer. We had a crewed charter all set to go when our other couple had to back out. We haven't done a land only in years. Your trip report almost convinced me that we will have a great time whether we are on land or on the water. Any additional feedback on the villa would be great. (pm me if you have time)
