On my 2014 trip, some of us flew out of EIS and some took the ferry out of Roadtown. The ferry goers reported that once underway, they were diverted to WE before headed to STT. On the trip, a few bags went overboard. That had to suck for whoever that happened to. I hope their passports were with them and not in the baggage.
