I am retired military ( 7 USMC and 18 USAF) and a person that prides myself on following laws and regulation but this is where I would draw the line.....if it were me I'd bring the loved one in a zip lock if need be and do whatever it takes to get this done! I personally want to be spread in the dirt in the rodeo in San Antonio (which is reused every year).....and the BVI (and my kids know this)...but I agree with others.....asking permission for this is silly......buy some rum and mixers and enjoy.
