LuvSXM Traveler L Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 142 Key West, Florida	We have taken depending on the size of cobia...equal parts of blue cheese/and mayo. Mix together smother over fish and drizzle with a little butter. Cover bake @350 for about 1/2 hour. Delish!!!
