Good luck on this! And my disclaimer is I am a preconstruction owner at the Towers and love it there.

My thoughts - the Towers is newer but not that much, and the two bedroom two bath units are very spacious, and complete with all the amenities in unit that you could want, including tvs in every bedroom and kitchens complete with dishwashers, stoves w/ovens and refrigerator-freezers with ice makers. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath while the second bedroom has two twin beds made up as a queen and does have its own bath but it's not ensuite. The pool is very nice and it's a short walk - ten minutes tops - to the beach at Mullet Bay. Beyond these two options, there really is nothing there for young people to do. I know someone who gave away a very nice Towers unit because there was little to occupy their teen aged sons time. The views will vary by floor and IMO the two bedrooms with an 09 designation have the best views.

The Belair is very nice and every unit has either a pool level or ocean view as I recall. The units themselves are nice but the second bedroom is very small and the kitchens are not as fully equipped as are the ones at the Towers. The property itself does have a restaurant and a store along with a pool and is directly on the beach which to me would be a plus and it is next door to Divi which has more amenities and beach, too.

Tough call and obviously, I'd opt for the Towers but at either place I think you will be happy. Towers is a nice property to come home to after a busy day but I think Belair probably has more to keep the teens happy, and the truth is, if they aren't happy, you probably won't be either.
