Lesley Bruce did the same thing for us so I'm guessing he didn't trust the reality of us leaving his car parked in Marigot over night. Guessing he knows a lot more than we do about what goes on there.
And I know there are new parking regulations in Marigot as well, though I don't know the specific details or locations where they would apply.
