LocalSailor Traveler Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 1,347 USVI	RAIN ain't stop no Carnival!! The Village opened last night -Friday - and will be open until next Sat. night - some booths do open for lunch but overall it gets started each night about 5-6 pm with music every night!
