Big Kudos to Jetblue for fixing an error, that I made, and not charging me a dime.
For our upcoming trip I booked the flights for all 8 of us. Because we were using 3 different credit cards, I booked on 3 separate bookings. We are leaving out of Detroit at 6am, going to Boston. Leaving Boston at 8am, arriving in St. Thomas at 12:35. I booked 4 of this on this route, the other 4 I booked on the same flight out of Detroit, but had them leaving Boston at 11:00, arriving in St. Thomas at 2:55, instead of 12:30.
The first agent I spoke to told me it would be an additional $214 per ticket, an $856 mistake! I asked to speak with a supervisor and explained my situation. She was the nicest, sweetest supervisor you could ask for. She changed the other 4 in our group to fly on the earlier flight with us. NO CHARGE.
I will be flying Jetblue whenever it is available.
Colleen
