There aren't a lot of choices. Look at Winair and LIAT. Winair operates on that route a few days a week, LIAT operates 7 days a week.

LIAT works well. Have used them a few times ANU-SXM. Easy, beautiful flight.

Winair has announced an interline baggage agreement with British Airways. That might be helpful if you're going to/from Antigua to connect with BA. I don't know if LIAT also has an interline agreement.
