Well its Memorial Day, God Bless the Soldiers and my dad who fought in Mindanowa with his purple heart, gold and silver stars , and so Im cookn BBQ in his memory. Question- any good recipies for chicken or ribs like at the 2 places in Virgin Gorda that are road side stands - I think its Coconut Junction and the Island Pot- They do a jerk BBQ and regular, but what is the seasoning and sauce made of??? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/circle.gif" alt="" /> Or your suggestion.
