That seems silly to ask, but I want to be sure which place to post questions. I never noticed there were two separate BVI venues!

As the title for People Talk states, People Talk is for "General discussions among the BVI members, for parties and other off topic items of interest." It's intended for conversations between members which don't directly affect the islands, or to arrange parties between members. Like if you want to say "anyone going to be at this place on this day and want to get together"?? In general though it's mostly for stuff that isn't really about the BVI, but stuff you think that other members might be interested in. It's not an exact science, but that's kind of it..
