When you live on a boat people think you are on vacation all the time. Correctamundo!!! In reality a change of scenery is a real treat.

Sunday night we learned that the Tree Men were playing at Bomba Shack Full Moon. We have never been to Bomba Full Moon and Malcom and Candace invited us to stay with them at CRC, since we could crawl home if necessary.

Plan made, we met up with Malcom on Monday at Pussers in Sopers Hole. We got to ride in the Thing, he even let Walt drive. Wahoo!!! Two car-nuts having fun. I just held on for dear life in the back seat. We road over the mountain to Apple Bay and pulled up to Chateau Relaxeu Caribe. Wow, what a place. Cutest little beach house and what a location.
We stayed on the ground floor in the Lizard Lounge. The sound of the surf is non stop. A private little grotto for dining by the sea, or a shady spot to read your life away.
Spacious room with kingsize bed and cozy relaxing couch for lounging, breakfast area next to complete kitchen. I felt right at home.

Off we went to Palms Delight for the famous Ginger Wine chicken. Delicious. I have to get that recipe. Back to CRC to park the car, then we walked to Bombas. The band was setting up and the crowd was light until they started to serve Bomba tea. Things got rocking quickly, and people came in by the taxi full. Where do they all come from?
Had fun, drank our share of adult beverages and walked back to CRC. Enjoyed the beautiful view off the front deck of the room, crashed for the night.

Had coffee with Malcom Tues AM . The beach was calling, but unfortunately we had to get back to the boat and off to Road Town for an appointment.

Had such a nice mini-vacation. Thank you Malcom and Candace for your generous hospitality. What a great spot.
