These are two of my favorite recipes from WW. Oven Fried Chicken 1/2 c fat free buttermilk 2-3 drops hot red pepper sauce 1/2 c cornflakes, crushed 3 Tbl flour 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground pepper 2 lbs chicken parts, skinned 4 tsp canola oil Preheat oven to 400. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a large shallow bowl, combine the buttermilk and pepper sauce. On a sheet of waxed paper, combine the cornflake crumbs, flour, salt, and pepper. Dip the chicken in the buttermilk, then dredge in the cornflake mixture, coating completely. Place the chicken on the baking sheet; drizzle with the oil. Bake 30 min, then turn the chicken over. Bake until cooked thoroughly, 15-20 min longer. 4 servings-5 points
Oven Fries 1 1/4 lbs baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch stips 3/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 4 tsp oil 1 tsp paprika Preheat oven to 450. Spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, 1/4 tsp of the salt and the sugar with cold water to cover. Soak fifteen minutes, drain and blot dry. In another large bowl, toss the potatoes with the oil and paprika. Bake, turning the potatoes over as they brown, until cooked through and crisp, about 45 min. Sprinke with the remaining 1/2 tsp salt 4 servings-3 points

Judy: I don't do Weight Watchers, but I do follow SparkPeople. They have a recipe section on line as well as a recipe app for iPhone. Highly recommended. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" />

my college roommate once made me dinner, intentionally not telling me it was a weight watcher's recipe until after the fact. my take on it, delicious, although that was some time ago and my palate has changed some so i can't promise this is still something i'd enjoy but at the time i loved it... it was pork chops cooked with apple juice and onions. if i remember correctly she sauteed the onions, seared the chops, then poured in apple juice and simmered the chops until cooked. i'd be interested to see if this recipe is any good, or if i enjoyed it so much in comparison to the cafetaria food.

We love this "free soup" recipe... It's excellent! although we do add about a pound of cooked crumbled ground turkey to it... http://www.food.com/recipe/ww-0-point-weight-watchers-cabbage-soup-128956
