Guinness Float
Generous scoop of vanilla ice cream
12 ounce Guinness Stout
1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream.
Place generous scoop of ice-cream in a 16-ounce Guinness glass. Pour Guinness along the side of the glass until full. Drizzle the Bailey's on top.
Makes a nice dessert for St. Patrick's Day
