The link that Pelican Pirate posted (sorry, didn't realize that was alliterative, not on purpose! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Laugh.gif" alt="" />), said that the Perch is actually serving food, as of October 15. Is that correct?

We will be on the island tomorrow to meet with the insurance adjuster for our villa and will see what is happening at the Perch.

If you could stroll around the village and get some up-to-date pics of the condition of both the commercial spaces and the accommodations, I for one would be grateful. All I have seen really is the view from the beach, a little of the town square, and the odd other shot. I'd love to see the condition of properties on the second and third streets back from the beach, for example.
