Is the ferry from St. Thomas going to the West End yet? I heard that there is a ferry going back and forth between the West End and Jost Van Dyke. Can that be confirmed?

Not yet, the ferry from St Thomas travels from the cruise ship pier, Road Town only.

You are correct about the JVD ferry. It does depart the West End dock.
