I think pizza lovers are very personal. We coming form new york think we know the best pizza, and have been very disgusted eating pizza any where on Island. But different people, different tastes. For us? we do not eat pizza in sxm. We think we know the best, have had the best, and nothing like an old fashioned brick oven pizza. Not sure they have them in sxm. but if not, the dough is raw, or not cooked the way it should be... When hungry eat anything and enjoy. We have learned not to take views fo others about food. Go try it, If you like go back

What about this place at Port de pleasant casino, next to where the old Peg Leg used to be? Right above the sushi place? We always go there and love their pizza. We also LOVE their calzones, especially the VOLCANO! Are they still in business? Sorry I don’t remember the name of this place.

Haven't returned after the freaken big storm (read IRMA), yet ...BUT ..ENZO PIZZA (Cul de Sac) is Sooooo Fine. European pizza, thin crust, bubbly, great toppings ..and WOOD-FIRED! Small truck-bakery .. only open evenings!
I surely hope they survived!

As an additional thought regarding the original question - There are a lot of excellent pizza places on the island based on everyone’s individual preferences, but I thought the OP was looking for something convenient to or close to BSV. 😊😊

Respectfully,

pat

Just as a refresher as to the original question.

Ok, we’re staying at Beach Side Villas, wife wants a pizza tonight, and sunset and driftwood is out already had them and they are just so so (now everyone calm down now, we just didn’t care for them, lol ). We are looking for something close by to pick up and bring back. We like thin crust with the pockets of air (bubbles) in the crust. Sauce has to be great but nothing that’s going to keep us up all night (indigestion). And close by if possible. That being said, any and all help is needed!

Unfortunately for them, the original poster has headed back home, so any new replies are probably not useful to them now anyway!! laugh

We miss Belle Epoch too!!
My Husband loved their pizza and I loved their salads-
I think the restaurant that is open on the Marina, Pate de la Main, also has
good pizza and Mussels among other things.
They have been getting good reviews.
