I'm not on island, but it has been reported here that the Collectivite' shut down all the small restaurants there a week or two ago, so that they could clean up the beach. No idea how long they will be closed.

We were there for lunch a couple of weeks ago at Leandras and they were working down their inventory and closing the following Sunday. We saw owners of La String and they said the bars just north of Pedros probably would not open before November or December.
