Just spotted some photos of 'Sid's Pomato Point Restaurant' saying they will be reopening tomorrow.
Anyone have any experience / knowledge of this place?
We've always stuck with the places surrounding the mooring field. But I quite like the idea of anchoring at Pomato and just pulling the dinghy up on the beach right in front of this place...

Back many years ago when it was open the hard part was landing the dinghy and being dry for dinner. Need to really secure the dinghy well from sea action, very far up on the beach or a stern anchor and line ashore, you will need to add to your dinghy painter to reach something to tie off to.
It is a great spot to anchor, but used to be tough to get cabs there, but now with cell phone that should not be an issue.
