So we came to the island for 3 weeks with our 4 year old and 1.5 year old. Like idiots we didn’t bring a stroller for the little guy, but carrying him around is becoming a challenge.
Any leads on where someone might be able to buy a cheap stroller or rent one?

Try Cost U Less on Bush Road. It's just past the Carrefour Market on the way to Phillipsburg.
