So with the previous posts on currency exchange(by the way went to Be Kool for lunch and got my 1.10 rate) I seem to recall someone asking where there was a 1 for 1 pls let them know. So I’m in Nettle Bay(no problems at all even La Cigale was packed tonight) it’s only up the road in Sandy Ground that is still blocked, I needed to fill up with gas and always go to Cadisco there as probably one of the cheapest places around and it came to €45.00 and gave him a CC. Up flashes the charge on my phone $50.70 or something close. As a matter of interest I said to the attendant what would the rate be if I paid in dollars...1 for 1 he said..so I’m out by over 5 bucks!!!!!! Aaarggghhh. I had forgotten from the last time that they have kept this rate.

Yep. 1 to 1 cash is much better than the euro converted on a credit card.
