Just watched a car get stuck on the way to SSBB. Water is sometimes reaching the lane closest to runway! (SSBB webcam)

Happened yesterday morning also. By afternoon there was a small hill of sand piled up near the Driftwood. A little unsettled again this morning.

We followed a truck full of sand removed from that road and it was brought to a huge sand pile near the cruise docks...dropping wet sand in the road all the way

Right now it appears they are alternating traffic on the road, as the lane next to the ocean is filled with sand... Sunset webcam

There was a lot of backing up yesterday and there appeared to be no order in who went which way.

They're in the process of clearing the road now., and the morons are standing in the road, blocking the road grader.

Pretty crowded with just 2 ships in port. They wave action seems to have calmed down some as well. I wonder if there is anything going on with D'Boat.

Regarding D'Boat, on the sxmislandcam, you see the boat there, but don't see anything appearing to be going on, as far as moving it.

As of 12:50 SXM time, both lanes are open. Lots of people there and walking in the road so what traffic is coming towards Sunset is crawling.
