Legal in Washington St and the incidents of driving under influence of marijuana way up along with accidents under such influence way up. SXM should keep it illegal just for that reason.

And IMHO, IF it was legal and IF it was taxed, the government there - just like here at home - would find another government cause or building that needed the revenue rather than sinking it into things really needed. Like taking care of some of it's needier citizenry or doing something serious about the roads and transportation problems.
