Good newsNot exactly sure how this is supposed to work, but good news. Toward the end of the story, it talks about the reopening by June, but not sure what that means.

Simpson Bay and our area was allowed to open . Also Market Garden and the Chinese Supermarkets in Simpson Bay. We saw Carrefour in Jordan Village was stocking up their fresh produce for tomorrow. Will deal with them tomorrow also because we can pay with our cheques plus gain points with our shop card.

Really a dumb move to not let ALL residents have access to food....and a four day wait for delivery (if there actually a delivery) is not access....it was not thought out and was a knee jerk reaction...masks and distancing works

The situation at supermarkets should be eased soon as changes have been made by government and consumers will be given an opportunity to shop at supermarkets nearest to them on Thursday and Friday this week. Restrictions are restrictions whether it's food for those who can afford the minimum charge or those who cannot....food is kinda required for existence Hmmm.....do you mean they will NOT be able to physically "shop" and still have to do the delivery thing in a country where the delivery system is not established? Maybe I just "assumed" a change in policy was coming to allow walk in shopping. That would be too simple and I probably should stand corrected and disappointed

From tomorrow people can go and shop from Super Markets close them in their living areas ; hence this will ease the congestion of big crowds.

Interesting, they aren't taking any new orders. I think perhaps the actual parameters of the new lockdown order have not been announced, so they are waiting to see what they are? It seemed like delivery was only going to be available on days when the stores aren't open? Or perhaps I read it wrong.
