You have to include your cancellation confirmation from the Airline. I just copied and pasted the emails AA sent me. You can put all policies on same email to Allianz.

That's the first thing I received too. I imagine that you'll get the letters saying refunds are granted later today or tomorrow. Could be a weekend holdup.

When they issued the refunds both came on individual emails in a letter form after the email stating they received it. . Same when my daughter did theirs.
