No quarantine for St. Maarten residents returning from other Dutch Caribbean islands (don't read only the headline, more info below!!)

St. Maarten residents can return to home from Saba, St. Eustatius, Bonaire, Curacao, Aruba, Anguilla, St. Barths, Guadeloupe, and Martinique without having to enter a 21-day quarantine.

This exemption to the quarantine is only if the traveler was in the allowed island for 21 days or more before travelling to St. Maarten.

Any traveler who was in any of the allowed countries for less than 21 days are required to quarantine upon arrival in St Maarten.

St. Maarten will reopen before the end of the month to more countries in the Caribbean that have had no reported cases of COVID-19 for a minimum of 21 days.

Government is still looking at early July for the reopening to the wider world; this is contingent on receiving all the tests needed for when visitors return to the destination.

Is this the first mention of a 21-day quarantine? My recollection is that it has been 14 days for returnees.

Obviously the rules have been changed.
