Good morning all, I just got a ping from one of my fare watcher apps, Delta out of Detroit to SXM starting this weekend for $396.00..basic economy. Only $510 for Comfort class, $906 for First Class. Unheard of out of this market, but of course these are unique times. We're all booked on AA so I don't think we're going to mess with what we have, but wow what a deal.

Back in April or May when I booked for Nov. (trip was cancelled by Delta), it started out at about $545 and was then reduced to $410 so we got a credit voucher and then when Delta cancelled we got a full refund of everything. This was from DAY (Dayton OH), which would have similar fares to DTW and would have been the second lowest fare I ever had for SXM. Great deal if anyone wants to go. Delta still has a limited schedule but it is starting to come back.
I just checked some random dates and that is a really good price as it is $600+ from Dayton.

Apparently those prices are only good until the end of the year, as prices for our dates in February are still $1400+ pp Main from DTW. Looks like January is somewhat cheaper, in the 900+ range for Main. Perhaps as time goes by, they will drop the prices for February too.
