Hi all - We just returned last night from two weeks on VG and thought I would mention just a few things - You can now get fresh home grown tomatoes at th Agriculture department and they are suppling most groceries. For you sailors - we had a great meal at Foxy's new place on Jost - Taboo. Our son said it was the best hamburger in the BVI's and he should know he has been sampling them throughout the BVI's for 10 years! Anything Goes - a local restaurant and the best place for ribs on Virgin Gorda - has expanded, and finally - the produce selection, fresh seafood and meats were better this trip than ever - although you have to time it with the arrival of the supply boats! We had two Monday holidays so by Tuesday the cubboards were very very bare. If you come in on a Saturday try and force yourself to do your shopping that day even if your really tired! Splurged one day and tried the new Spa at Little Dix which was amazing - both breathtaking surrondings and very professional staff. One last note - Capt Dave of Double D Charters has a lovely new sailboat to add to his fleet and a fantastic, experienced capt - Natalie - to take people out on it. That's about all the really useful information I can think of right now but it soemthing else comes to me I'll post it. P.S We were at our house at Mahoe Bay and for the first time saw a small Eagle Ray when we were snorkeling at there. Very cool.
