That's what I was thinking, those first pictures are NOT of Rosies, I don't think? It's the other place, that has the bathroom?? It actually looks very nice though. Where is that other place, in relation to Rosies?? The food pictures REALLY make me hungry!!! Those definitely look like they are Rosies' food.

Very nice....hate to admit it but we haven't been to Mullet in a LONG time....looks like it's worth a revisit

Trinigirl--thanks very much. Looks like a very nice place to watch the sunset and get an early dinner, if the food is any good.

Ed--yes, Rosie's ribs are very good. In the old days, when Pedro's was good and cheap, I preferred theirs, but Pedro's got expensive and not that good.

Yes, same spot as Daleo's, same owners. I was always a Rosie's supporter and I could see people during the day still supporting Rosie's but the addition of a bathroom to use that is clean is a great add to the beach. There is a fee to use, but again, worth it.
It is a very nice spot to be at sunset and the early evening, Da Watering Hole has a nice bar area and seating area with tables. Only had food there one night and it was good, not great but with the setting and friendly service we enjoyed a couple stops there on our last trip and expect we will make stops by on our next.
Cheers, Todd
I prefer the Isle seat

Todd--thanks. I definitely plan to check it out at sunset next trip. if you eat at the restaurant, do you still have to pay to use the bathroom?

Lots of permanent structures now on mullet. Not all Rosies structures. That's because now no one is watching. Ansari is fighting other battles on the Mullet front. He has also ceased Towers operations (as a damn hotel). It ceased being used as a timeshare in 2017. Ansari has also now kicked Clarence out, and he was the one keeping an eye on the golf course and beach operations.

Thank you, Sue. I didn’t know that.
I’m still trying to figure out how the new upscale place was able to be built on the beach after all the acrimony from the past, not to mention the rules regarding building on the beaches anywhere on SXM, but it looks like a nice and much welcomed addition to Mullet Beach and we will definitely check it out next time there.
But they’ll have to do something really special to convince me their ribs are better than Rosie’s. 😊😊
Respectfully,
pat
