I have a friend who wonders what major-name hotel had its name on Sapphire for a short time. She thinks it was Wyndham. Can anyone confirm or provide alternate advice?

It was Windham....but when the condition of the place deteriorated, windham withdrew their partnership. The brand was taking a bad hit from the complaints at the Saphire.
