It didn't come up as a LINK in your post, but a PDF you have to download, so there was no option to automatically translate, so thanks for the translation.
The positivity rate was interesting to me. Current rate 5.5%, versus 19% here in my county --DOWN from 33%!

Turns out there is a way to translate a whole PDF through Google Translate if you've saved it to your computer. Here are the instructions from an online tutorial. You'd do this after downloading the PDF and saving it to your computer. On your computer, go to Google Translate at https://translate.google.com/.At the top left, click Documents. Click Browse your computer and find the file you want to translate. To choose the language you want to translate to, at the top right, click the Down arrow Down Arrow. Click Translate.
