We sailed in from St. Lucia Sunday night and had issues with our COVID tests from St. Lucia. I still do not have my test and the sample may have been lost. No problem? Since we got our vaccines in the USVI, the travel portal has our vax status. ROAM is not allowed by Governor's order. CBP does not want to see your COVID test. The National Guard outside of the Tortola ferry only wants to see your portal scan code. So, even though the COVID test is needed to enter the US, USVI does not enforce that if you are vaccinated in the USVI. YMMV. We had heard this from one other cruiser, but did not want to take a chance.
Cheers, RickG
